Live From PS5 Campaign Brings The Last Of Us To Life As Cordyceps Outbreak Hits East London

Sony Interactive Entertainment has revealed the next chapter in its ongoing Live from PS5 ad campaign, which adds a touch of The Last of Us to East London.

An installation can be found at Boxpark, Shoreditch that depicts an outbreak of Cordyceps, with the victim in question apparently becoming infected while playing The Last of Us on PS5, naturally. The cordyceps infection will remain for the public to view from March 17 — March 21, so if you want to check it out for yourself, you have a few days to do so.

  • Location: The Events Green, Boxpark, Shoreditch (2-10 Bethnal Green Road, E1 6GY)
  • Time: Friday 17th March – Tuesday 21st March

It’s all harmless fun and a way for Sony to celebrate the wide availability of the PS5, which is finally in regular supply across the UK now that supply shortages have come to an end.
