The previous chapter was a difficult one for players to digest, as they saw Megumi create a new vessel for Sukuna. Now, spoilers for the upcoming chapter hint at things getting even worse.

Sukuna is getting berserk, and Angel’s life is at stake at the hands of the King of Curses. The chapter will be on a break next week, which could mean Gege is cooking something up to take fans on an even greater roller coaster ride. So, be prepared; Sukuna’s return is expected to bring even more chaos in the coming chapters.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 213 Spoilers

Chapter 213 of Jujutsu Kaisen is titled ‘Fearsome Womb Part-5’, and it begins with Sukuna sitting on top of a bed of dead corpses and animal heads. He knew the potential of Megumi’s Cursed Technique for a long time, but he was resistant toward him, as Megumi, just like Yuji, was a cage for Sukuna instead of a vessel. So, he waited for the perfect time, the moment Megumi’s soul broke. The scene shifts to Megumi, who is currently in Sukuna’s control, and Yuki looks surprised to see Mugumi’s condition.

Sukuna controlled Megumi and then punched Yuji, and the punch was so strong that Yuji spits blood from his mouth after crashing over several buildings. This would definitely be the hardest punch Yuji has ever faced. Yuji is shown lying in the rubble, possibly unconscious. The commotion comes to Tabaka and Maki’s notice, and they immediately head toward him. Watching them go, Sukuna comments that “insects spring up out of nowhere all the time.”

He then performs the hand signs of Megumi’s Cursed Technique and summons Nue. The spoilers reveal that it’s not the ordinary cursed bird that Megumi summons but a new Sukuna version. He uses Nue to attack the place with huge bolts of lightning, and Hana arrives in the meantime.

The next panel also shows Angel, and Hana screaming at her for opening the purification light and informing her that it’s Megumi. Angel replies that there’s nothing she can do since Megumi is now the vessel to Sukuna, addressing him as “The Fallen.” Angel asks Hana to use her CT to peel off Sukuna and erase him, and Hana does the same as she starts the chant.

Hana successfully activates Angel’s Cursed Technique, and Sukuna starts getting peeled off while Hana chants loud using a trumpet. Sukuna looks in extreme pain, and Hana screams that Megumi belongs to her. Suddenly a voice falls, saying, “I remembered,” and Sukuna’s markings start to vanish from Megumi’s body.

Mugumi, who is still in Sukuna’s control, thanks Hana, and the latter approach Megumi to hug him, believing Sukuna is gone, and Angel warns her. The chapter ends with Sukuna wide opening his mouth to swallow Angel. The editor’s comment at the end says, never forget a curse’s true nature.
