Immortals of Aveum, the fantasy first-person shooter from developer Ascendant Studios, has been blown wide open in an official gameplay trailer unveiled during last night’s PlayStation Showcase.
In case you haven’t been keeping up with the game, Immortals of Aveum follows a chap known as Jak, who joins up with an elite group of battlemages to save a world and the brink of chaos. There’s legions of soldiers on both sides of the Everwar, and so Jak finds himself unearthing the mysteries of Aveum’s tumultuous past while battle for its future.
Immortals of Aveum features fast and fluid combat that is easy to pick up while being satisfying to master, with players able toe upgrade and craft hundreds of pieces of magical gear to enhance their prowess in combat.
