The introduction of Mei and Hoko added flavor to the story, with the latter confirming to Gabimaru and his friends about the existence of the Elixir of Life. However, the threats he mentioned on their journey further were not to be neglected. On the other hand, the survival of Chobei and Aza Toma still remains unknown, and fans want to know if the siblings made it out alive or lost their lives to the deadly attacks of Ju Fa.

Episode 8 of Hell’s Paradise will be released on Saturday, May 20th at 8:30 AM PT. In Japan, TV Tokyo will broadcast the upcoming episode, while Crunchyroll will provide exclusive international streaming. Netflix holds the series license in the Asia Pacific region, excluding Mainland China, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that the release time may vary depending on your location:

Hell’s Paradise Episode 7 Recap
Aza Chobei and Aza Tōma stumbled upon an encounter where their presence interrupted two women. The situation escalated when one of the women transformed into a man, becoming furious at the brothers. Meanwhile, Gabimaru and his group came across a ruined village, pondering the intentions of the island’s inhabitants. They spotted a hooded figure spying on them, and after a chase, they discovered a young girl. Amidst confusion and desperation, Gabimaru restrained the girl, causing her to cry.
They then encountered the tree lifeform Hoko. Gabimaru remained skeptical of Hoko’s knowledge about the Elixir of Life, and the latter revealed the existence of the ruined village for 1,000 years. On the other hand, Sagiri and Yuzuriha took a bath to relieve themselves. Hoko introduced the island as Kotaku and the Elixir of Life as Tan, located in the center of the island called Horai. Gabimaru questions the proof of its existence, leading Hoko to mention the immortal being called Lord Tensen. He warned them about the difficulty of leaving the island and demonstrated his regeneration ability.
On the other hand, Chobei and Toma witnessed Ju Fa regenerating, and then he threw the siblings into a pit of bloomed humans after defeating them. Meanwhile, Gabimaru and Sagiri began to question Hoko’s credibility but decided to focus on acquiring the Elixir of Life. Sagiri offered to bathe Mei as a way of repaying her kindness.
While bathing, Gabimaru reflected on a memory of his wife helping him bathe and offering him advice. Gabimaru reassured Mei not to be ashamed of her scar, stating that appearances didn’t matter. Sagiri was surprised by his respectful attitude and began to see a good man within him.
