Cottagecore light-platformer, Mail Time, is coming to PC on April 27th

Mail Time is a forthcoming light-platformer exploration game by developer Kela van der Deijl and publisher Freedom Games. It features a relaxing, cottagecore adventure set in a peaceful forest where players will take on the role of a newly minted Mail Scout.

Among the showcased titles in the recent MIX Direct Spring 2023 is Mail Time, revealing that it is scheduled to be released on April 27th for PC via Steam and this summer for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. Take a look at the features of Mail Time in a new trailer, courtesy of Freedom Games’ official Youtube channel:

As a newly trained Mail Scout sporting a cute mushroom hat, players will carry a pack full of letters and packages that they must deliver across Grumblewood Grove to earn Mail Scout badges. The Mail Scout may run, jump, glide, and navigate through a charming and serene woodland.

Players will encounter 15 fascinating characters, each with their unique story and charms, along their journey in the light-platformer adventure. There are also a variety of bright and whimsical environments to discover, such as a massive flower field and towering trees.

In addition, players may customize their Mail Scout by choosing from over 46,000 distinct customization options in 6 different categories ranging from skin tone to bag style. Players may also dive into the story at their own pace, and if they fall from tall trees, they can simply pick themselves up and try again.

Cozy games have lately grown in popularity, especially during the height of the pandemic. Until now, active fans of this category continue to grow. Likewise, Mail Time intends to provide a relaxed gaming experience that would hopefully appeal to fans of hit cozy games like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley.

You may add Mail Time to your Steam wishlist now to be alerted when it becomes available
